I Pause Now to Admire a Painting

The artist is the late great Edward Hopper. As you can see the painting relates to film.

This is one of my favorite paintings, ever! I'd love to get a giant poster of this some day.

I love Edward Hopper-- it always saddens me, though, that many people are familiar with his art but his name isn't as famous as Picasso or Dali. (Actually, what saddens me even MORE is that most people think he actually painted the version of Nighthawks with Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Elvis.)

I have seen this painting before and absolutely love it. I keep forgetting about it and I want to eventually purchase a print copy of it to hang on my wall at home.
